Approach

I fell into this at twenty. I had only ever photographed landscapes, then I took a part time job assisting a wedding photographer and was hooked before the first one was over. Years later it still has not worn off. Being handed something that important is a strange and enormous privilege, and I have never once stopped noticing it.

I will not put myself in the light and airy or the dark and moody box. Paintings, poetry and good stories are what I steal from, and I want your photographs to feel like all three: honest, a little editorial, unmistakably yours. Mostly I work like a fly on the wall, then step in to guide you when it is time for portraits. No two romances are the same, so no two galleries should be either.

Every session includes the full edited gallery with printing rights, because photographs belong on a wall rather than in the depths of a camera roll. You will see a preview within a week and the whole gallery inside five to eight. Before any of that, though, we should just talk. Coffee, a drink, a video call, whichever suits. Love is love here, and there is no discrimination or hate in this club.
